Things to Know About Your Tennis Team Uniform Order:
|
- Shipping: Shipping fees apply to all team orders. To
save on shipping fees for orders placed individually, team members
should have their orders shipped to one address, and the entire
team order will ship at one time for only one shipping fee.
Otherwise, players will incur shipping charges if requesting
individual shipping per order.
- School Purchase Orders: School purchase orders are accepted and
payment is due within 30 days
of delivery.
- In-Stock Availability: Tennis team uniform selections are almost always in stock and
ready to ship. In the occasional case of a backorder, team
captain/members will be contacted for instructions or substitutions prior
to order processing. Always include an e-mail address and phone
number for such purposes at checkout!
- Return Policy: Tennis team apparel can be returned for full refunds or exchanges within 30 days,
providing the merchandise is in original condition and accompanied
by all sales tags. All returns must be approved and authorized by
TennisHut via e-mail to
service@tennishut.com
or by calling 1-888-366-4744.
Customers must wait to receive a Return Authorization Number
before sending back apparel to TennisHut for return or exchange –
otherwise credit may be reduced or denied.
